Her core competencies include talent acquisition and management, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations. She has a strong background in psychology, which helps her understand and motivate people, and a passion for storytelling, which helps her create and communicate a compelling employer brand.

Before joining MedTherapy Rashi headed Human Resource divisions of several Global companies ranging from Healthcare, Global Hiring, IT services to BPOs’. Rashi plays a critical role as Senior VP of HR & TA at MedTherapy Biotech to attract, retain, and develop the best talent for MedTherapy and create a positive and productive work culture.
